TATTOO HANDBOOK vol.2 !!!
Imago participe à la création du second volet du Tattoo Handbook initié par nos amis de chez Dimitri Tatouage à Paris et des Éditions Around the Caps. Le livre devrait être lancé en septembre et s'annonce encore plus beau que le premier. Pour vous aider à patienter, nous offrons içi un aperçu de nos pièces.
Imago is part of the second volume of the Tattoo Handbook made by our friends at Dimitri Tatouage in Paris and Around the Caps Editions. The book is due to come out in september and should be even more awesome than the first one. Until then, here's some of the pieces we'll be showing.

NIX TORONTO 18-20 /06/2010
Nima et moi serons au Hilton de Toronto la fin de semaine prochaine afin de participer à une autre édition du Northern Ink Exposure. Nous serons sur place pour tatouer évidemment, mais aussi pour prendre part aux festivités en compagnie de Nat Jean et Martha. Passez nous voir et ne ratez pas l'exposition de skate decks intitulée "Highway to Hell" à laquelle je participe et dont les bénéfices iront à la fondation Skate for Cancer. Ne ratez pas ça!
Nima and I will be at the Hilton in Toronto next weekend, for another edition of the Northern Ink Exposure. We'll be there to tattoo folks and to attend the festivities surrounding the event with our co-workers Nat Jean and Martha. Come see us and make sure not to miss the painted skate deck expo called "Highway to Hell" which I'm part of. All the pieces from the show will be sold through a silent auction to benefit the Skate for Cancer foundation. Don't miss any of it!

NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH!!!
Ça y'est, le nouveau site est en ligne et fonctionnel! Évidemment, il sera raffiné et mis à jour régulièrement. Nous avons opté pour le "franglais" et pour le language universel du web et de l'image... En espérant qu'il vous plaira!

FULL HOUSE!
Beaucoup de nouvelles en prévision de la saison estivale:
Tout d'abord, nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer qu'à partir de maintenant et jusqu'à la fin de l'été, toute l'équipe Imago est présente au studio. La gang au complet! Nat et Seve sont de retour de leurs périples hivernaux et ont repris leur place auprès d'Arno, Nima, Jean Michel et moi-même. Y'a une ambience très dynamique dans l'air et par chance, on peut compter sur le travail de nos assistantes Sophie et Martha, pour maintenir le bon fonctionnement de la machine en marche!
Évidemment, avec tout ce qui se passe, la refonte du site imagotattoo.com est légèrement délayée mais elle arrive néamoins sous peu. En effet, Meka de Zombie Corp et Design From The Crypt est sur le cas et l'ébauche préliminaire qu'il nous a proposé est très prometteuse... Patience ça s'en vient!
Finallement, je voulais confirmer la participation du studio aux conventions de Toronto, Paris, Londres et Calgary. Plus de détails seront donnés sur ce blog plus près de la date des évènements en question. Nous envisageons aussi de participer à d'autre conventions auxquelles nous avons été invités. Ces dernières seront annoncées lorsque confirmées. Toutefois n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'infos.
A lot of news for the coming summer season:
First, we're happy to announce that as of now and until the end of summer, the whole Imago team is at the studio. The whole gang is back together! Nat and Seve have returned from their respective winter travels and are working side to side with Arno, Nima, Jean Michel and myself. It sure makes for a dynamic atmosphere and luckily, we can count on our assistants Sophie and Martha to maintain the smooth running of the Imago machine!
Of course, with all that we have on the go, the new edition of the imagotattoo.com site is a bit delayed, but on the way nonetheless. Meka from Zombie Corp and Design From The Crypt is on the case and judging from the preliminary designs it's promising... Patience it'll be done soon!
Finally, I wanted to confirm the shop's presence at the Toronto, Paris, London and Calgary conventions. More details will be given on this blog closer to the date of each event. We might also take part in some more shows we've been invited to, and that will be announced when confirmed. But don't hesitate to get in touch if you need more info.

Il consacre son travail aux styles du Pacifique tel le Marquisien, Tahitien, Maohi, Philippino et Haida. As of April 1st 2010, Imago studio welcomes Jean Michel in the team. He specialises in ethnic tribal tattooing.
